Anti-Theft Alarm System
Includes Inside Lockable Hood Release with audible intrusion alarm that sounds horns intermittently should forced entry be attempted to doors or trunk. System was designed to scare off amateur thieves and to slow down professional car thieves.
System is armed by locking either front door with ignition key, and disarmed by unlocking either front door with ignition key. Opening luggage compartment with key will not disarm the system. To test the alarm system, close all doors and trunk, except for passenger's door. Insert key into lock of open passenger door, and momentarily turn to the lock position. The horn should sound immediately. To stop the horn, turn the key to unlock the door. Repeat on driver's door. To check trunk, open trunk lid and close all doors. Lock driver's door with key. Alarm should sound immediately. Unlock door to stop the horn.
