For your consideration is this stunning 1978 Continental Mark V finished
in Midnight Blue metallic with the rare $1,201 optional Carriage Roof in
white. The Carriage Roof gave the Mark V a simulated convertible look,
which was all the rage in the late seventies. Replacing the opera windows
inside the car are mirrors.
The interior is the Chamois Luxury Group leather interior, which creates
a truly stunning color combination on this particular car.
Powered by the 460 CID V-8 engine, this Lincoln includes everything one
would expect to find: power steering, four wheel power disc brakes, automatic
transmission, power windows, dual 6-way power seats, power door locks,
power antenna, AM/FM stereo 4-speaker radio, tilt steering wheel, speed
control, automatic climate control heating and air conditioning, etc.
In addition to the optional Carriage Roof and Luxury Group, this car also
has the Turbine Cast Aluminum Wheels.
Seller states no rust, and the car has always been garaged. One area on
the driver's seat side panel needs repair. Everything works and car is
ready for cross country trip, if necessary.
You are not likely to find another car like this one, its unusual color
scheme will make it stand out at car shows, no matter how many other Lincolns
may be there. Truly a work of art that needs a new home and a new owner
to invest just a little time in it.
We'd love to feature your car in The Showroom.
