29, 1965 after Buick received complaints from new owners that the upgrade

For 1965, Riviera Custom Interiors included:
- Full-length arm rests on front doors
- Door latch access for rear seat passengers
- Optional power window controls incorporated into door arm rests
- Wood veneer paneling on door and rear quarter trim panels, and center console
- Beaumonde Cloth or All-Vinyl interior trim
