This brocade upholstery contains fine nylon yarns woven together in five shades, forming a Star pattern. Leather is used for seat bolsters, and vinyl for seat edges and facings.

Cushion seat surfaces are hand-selected, monochromatic leather, deep dyed for longer lasting beauty. Matching crinkle grain vinyl is used for edges and facings.

Trim codes 88 - Gold, 81 - Rose Beige, 82 - Medium Blue, 87 - Light Turquoise, and 84 - Honey Beige featured a darker, complimentary piping color on the seats to accent the interiors. [See large image.]

This elegant fabric is a random weave of nylon and metallic yarn in an abstract pattern. The high fashion contemporary look says, "1963."

ALL-WOOL BROADCLOTH

The traditional upholstery for many luxury motorcars, done in a formal pleated pattern in monochromatic material. Treated for resistance to soiling after it was woven, as were all fabrics used in the Lincoln Continental.

Note: The Blue convertible top was a new color for 1963. It required the code 82 Medium Blue Leather interior, or the code 72 Medium Blue Regency Fabric interior, which was available by special order only on the Convertible.
