Above: 1962 Lincoln Continental instrument panel. Note the large ash tray just below the radio. If optional Air Conditioning had been ordered, this ash tray would be deleted and air registers would fill the area below the radio. The Automatic Speed Control ($96.80) controls are located on the lower section of the instrument panel, to the right of the steering column. The Walnut paneling was standard, but could be replaced with color-keyed vinyl inserts on the instrument panel at no additional charge.
