Note: Empire Nylon Cloth and Wool Broadcloth were standard on Sedan models, Metallic Leather was standard on Convertible models and optional at extra cost on Sedan models. Convertibles could be special ordered with Empire Nylon Cloth, if desired. Two design patterns were offered for the cloth seats this year.

Note: Lincoln Continental Convertible tops for 1962 featured wider, flatter roof bows that gave the Convertible the appearance of a hardtop with the top raised. The difference between 1961 and 1962 is 3/4".
