Note: 1974 Cadillac Calais models came with a standard front bench seat with a fold-down center armrest. The seat was manually adjustable, but a six-way power adjustment was optional. Dual Comfort front seats were not available on Calais models. An expanded vinyl interior was optional (listed below). The sew pattern used in 1974 was originally introduced in 1973, with a different upholstery material.

Calais Coupe interior shown at left in Medium Gold Mimosa Fabric with matching vinyl bolsters. Mimosa was a new material for 1974 with a multi-toned and delicately ornate appearance.

Brougham d'Elegance option includes Medici Crushed Velour upholstery; Medici also covers door trim, seat back storage pockets, and pull straps; deluxe deep-pile carpeting; carpeted floor mats; jewel-like standup wreath and crest on hood; "Brougham d'Elegance" script set into the sail panels; and Turbine wheel discs.
