1975 was a year of change at Cadillac. The first compact Cadillac, the
Seville, was introduced to compete with imports like the Mercedes-Benz.All Cadillacs except the Seville were now powered by the 500 cubic inch V-8 engine, used previously only in the Eldorado. New rectangular headlamps gave the front end its most significant appearance change since the switch to dual headlights, way back in 1958. |
