Currently, payment may be made by personal check, cashier's check, or money
order. Your cancelled check is your receipt. Due to customer requests, we are investigating services that will allow
us to accept credit cards over secured Internet connections. This is a
lengthy process, so please bear with us.
For an additional one-time fee of $50, Automotive Mileposts will handle all initial inquiries in relation to selling a car listed with us, including answering questions, forwarding additional photographs, etc. Your personal information remains private until it is convenient for you to contact interested parties directly. This is especially convenient for customers that are not able to answer E-mail or telephone inquiries at times due to travel or business considerations, or just don't want to deal with the hassle of responding to inquiries by parties not necessarily interested in purchasing a car. Spam in your mailbox is prevented, as your E-mail information is not online for spam bots to harvest and sell to unethical companies.
This is a one-time fee good for as long as your car is listed for sale on the Automotive Mileposts site, and is by far the most popular choice. Just request the Privacy Guard service when you place your ad.
